About the information center

The Information Center for the citizens is a distinct department in the City Hall of Baia Mare, it constitutes a base of communication in both senses between the citizens and the administration, realizing a service for the citizens which should help them with professionalism and promptitude in solving their problems.

The Information Center gives out fast information about The City Hall's and Local Council' s activity but also useful information about the public life of the community.
It gives people the possibility to take part in the process of decision taking at the level of local administration, the center insures getting the suggestions and notifications regarding the plans and projects which the City Hall intends to develop.
It receives suggestions and complains from the citizens.
It receives the necessary papers for the notices and documentation from the area of work of the Baia Mare's City Hall and releases answers referring to the these in the domains required by law.
